Giveaway & Promotion Guidelines
In-Office
To be eligible to win any of our office giveaways or promotional prizes, patients must meet the following requirements:
- Currently be an active patient at our practice
- Be current on all recommended preventive care, including routine cleanings
- Maintain good financial standing with our office
- Have a positive history as a patient with our team
- Have no outstanding balance, or have an existing financial plan in place with a minimum monthly payment of $50
- Complete and sign a photo/video consent form, and be comfortable participating in photos or videos
Social Media
To be eligible to win any of our social media giveaways or promotional prizes, the following requirements must be met:
